CONFIGURE your handset

1. Ensure that your iPhone is on a wifi network.
2. Navigate to GoRedPocket.com/iphone or click the Configure Now button to the left.
3. Download the Red Pocket Mobile Configurator Utility.
4. Accept these settings on your iPhone.
5. Surf away!

Note: this utility will enable you to surf the web at full 3G speeds from your iPhone.

MMS for iPhone is available only if you can manually configure your iPhone. See manual configuration instructions below. If you do not have wifi access on your iPhone, or need to manually configure MMS. please click here for manual configuration instructions for your specific model of iPhone.

1. Ensure your handset is on a wifi network.
2. Navigate to GoRedPocket.com/android OR search for "Red Pocket" in the Android Marketplace.
3. Download the Red Pocket Mobile Configurator App.
4. Run this app by double-clicking on the Red Pocket Mobile icon on your handset.
5. Surf away!

NOTE: The Red Pocket Mobile Configurator for Android is currently not compatible with Android 4.0+ (Ice Cream Sandwich) because Google blocks 3rd party apps from making APN settings modifications with this version of Android. If you are an Ice Cream Sandwich user or if you have any other configuration issues, please follow the manual configuration instructions. We will update the Red Pocket Mobile Configurator for Android app as soon as a workaround or a solution from Google is available.
